We do not collect payment information directly. Any future purchases (such as digital products) will be handled entirely by a third-party payment processor, and we will update this policy accordingly before those features go live.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to track site traffic and user behavior in aggregate. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to collect session recordings and heatmaps that help us understand how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity may capture mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls. No personally identifiable information is captured by Clarity.
Google AdSense
We display ads served by Google AdSense on informational pages. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings or via aboutads.info.
Kit (ConvertKit)
We use Kit to manage our email newsletter. When you subscribe, your first name and email address are stored on Kit's servers in the United States. Kit is GDPR-compliant and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
5. Affiliate Links
Some pages on HydroGreenSpace contain affiliate links, primarily through the Amazon Associates Program. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we have researched or used ourselves.
Affiliate links are clearly marked and redirect through our domain (e.g., hydrogreenspace.com/buy/product-name) to the retailer.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them for:
- Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and track sessions

8. Data Retention
- Newsletter subscribers: We retain your first name and email until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Analytics data: Retained per Google's default retention settings (14 months for user-level data)
- Clarity data: Session recordings are retained for 90 days per Microsoft's default settings
9. Children's Privacy
HydroGreenSpace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
